Future Fruits

Was commissioned by research company Innventia (now part of RISE, Sweden), to communicate the capabilities of the firm itself. The resulting work was exhibited for two years within the company’s head quarters in Stockholm, Sweden starting October 2013.

Essentially the works constitute an installation stretching across a lobby and three floors through a staircase within an atrium, from which all these plants of an alternative man-made nature appeared to grow. Broken down into individual pieces it did consist of an entrance and seven sculptures - each holding second sculptures within themselves, depicting imaginary possibilities from the future. The entrance contained actual materials and samples the company has produced in the past and present research conducted in-house.
